| VILLAGE ADOPTION |
Five villages in the district of Ranga Reddy, Andhra Pradesh district have
been identified for the "Village Adoption". The Village Adoption Program
would be undertaken in a phased manner. |

| Phase I :: Conduct Surveys, Action Plan, Implementation
Strategies, Awareness Programs & Workshops. |
| |
| Phase II :: Roll out of Development Activities as per the
Implementation Plan and continuous Monitoring. |
| |
| Phase III :: Monitor & Evaluate the implemented activities and
take suitable corrective action for deviations if any |
